The process of manufacturing

• The cut trees of Rubber are transported to our own factory and enter into the process of band sawing and then putting into treatment. These steps are done within 3 or 4 days since it is important to have fungus free quality wood before treatment.
• Treatments process – putting Chemical treatment and keep 2 days to absorb. Then kiln drying for 7 – 10 days to minimize moisture percentage.
• Then putting for wood working process to make regular shapes of brush handles & broom poles along with any custom design
• Packed in corrugated boxes or palletized with stretch film wrapped for export

Sustainability of Rubber wood & why we use Rubber wood

Each plantation plants trees for rubber collection, then the timber harvest occurs once the tree reaches the end of its production cycle. As the wood collection happens, new rubber trees replace the older ones, creating a pattern of production for the plantation owner.
